Note "Taxonomic remark: Faksethyris nielseni Asgaard, 1971 was created as a replacement name for Terebratula cincta Nielsen, 1911 (non Cotteau, 1857) a name created by Nielsen (1911) for material from Fakse quarry, Denmark, apparently without knowledge of the earlier described Terebratula cincta Cotteau, 1857 (now Epithyris cincta) which had the same name.
